Bring in any gold pieces no longer serving you (including broken or damaged pieces, single earrings, etc.) to our retail location every other Friday. We’ll test and weigh your items on the spot and give you 85% of the gold’s value as a Yearly Co. gift card—ready to put toward the pieces you’ll wear every day.

How to Get Started
1. Submit Your Information & Documents
Complete the Gold Trade-In form with your contact details, a photo of your ID, and images of the gold pieces you’re sending. You’ll then receive a Trade-In Release Form (and Stone Release Form, if applicable) to sign via email.
2. Ship Your Items & Receive Evaluation
Ship your pieces using FedEx or UPS, insuring the package to your comfort level. Once received, you’ll get a confirmation email, and your gold will be evaluated at the current market rate (this process may take up to one week).
3. Approve Credit & Receive Your Code
You’ll receive a DocuSign with your credit amount to review and approve.
After finalizing, your store credit code will be emailed to you and you can start shopping.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of gold do you accept?
We accept solid gold in all karats (10k–24k), including broken or damaged pieces, single earrings, and unmatched sets.
Can I bring in jewelry with stones?
Yes! If you’d like to keep your stones, please have them removed before your appointment, or shipping. We can also remove them for a fee. We’ll share an estimate first, then finalize your trade-in value once the stones are removed. If participating in an online trade-in, and anything needs returned to you, a $15 UPS Ground shipping fee will apply. Expedited shipping or added insurance can be arranged at an adjusted rate.
Do you give credit back for stones?
We do not give credit back for stones. If you're wanting to reuse your stones we can use them in a Yearly Co. piece or we can ship them back for a $15 UPS fee.
Do you accept gold-plated or gold-filled items?
We’re only able to evaluate the value of solid gold, so we cannot accept gold-plated or gold-filled items.
