How to Get Started
Submit Inquiry & Connect
Fill out the form with ideas and inspiration. From there, we’ll schedule a time to talk through your design, budget, and timeline together.
Deposit & Quote
If you choose to move forward, a $500 or $1,000 deposit will be collected and we'll provide a quote depending on the project size and scope.
Design, Approval, & Final Payment
We refine the details with you, confirm your design, and provide a quote. Once approved, final payment is collected and your piece enters production.
Production, Gold Credit, & Delivery
Your piece will be handcrafted in approximately 4–10 weeks. If you have unused gold, it can be traded in for credit and issued as a refund once your project is complete.
