"My first bangle was a gift to myself. I saw them on Instagram and thought it was a great idea. I decided I needed to start celebrating my cancer journey with a tangible object that had a lot of meaning that I could pass down to my niece. I ordered a bangle with 8 notches to celebrate my 8 year "cancerversary". The next year my husband got me one for our four year anniversary and I also gifted myself another notched for 9 years of being cancer free. I definitely plan on adding to my collection, 10 years is coming in February of 2021!!!"
