We offer returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your non-personalized items. Made to order pieces are eligible for returns or exchanges with a 20% restocking fee. Select in-stock items can be returned or exchanged without a restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns after 60 days.

Insured Shipping Fee

All returns, exchanges, and repair requests will incur a $10 return fee to cover the cost of an insured shipping label. This ensures your jewelry is safely returned to our studio for processing.

Personalized jewelry is not eligible for full refunds but may be returned or exchanged within 60 days, with a 20% restocking fee.

Lifetime Repair Policy

Every Yearly Co. piece is guaranteed for life. We have designed each piece to resist damage from wear but should a break occur, we will repair the piece free of charge.

Third Party Purchases

Please note we will not accept returns or exchanges for pieces that have been bought from a third-party vendor.
