Shipping Information

We provide secure and insured shipping on all merchandise inside the United States via UPS. We offer international shipping through UPS to most countries for an additional fee and one week added to the delivery timeline.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you in the event that a package is delayed or lost.

For peace of mind against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments checkout with Navidium. For a 2% fee, Navidium Shipping protection helps you manage claims and provides excellent customer support throughout your order shipping process.

We provide free flat rate shipping on all orders.

For RUSH shipping inquiries please email hello@yearlyco.com to see if your piece is in stock or can be moved ahead in production for a $45 fee.

If you would like to have your package rerouted to a different address or have it held at a UPS office you need to call the UPS customer service line at 1 (800) 742-5877 and provide the tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHERE YOUR ORDER IS, WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, ETC. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING PROVIDER DIRECTLY.
